What does online coaching cost?

Pricing varies depending on your goals, circumstances and level of service desired. For pricing information you can apply for online coaching or schedule a free consultation.

Do you offer a nutrition only program?

Yes

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes. If you follow the coaching meticulously for one month and are unhappy with the results, your money will be returned.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No

Do you offer in-person coaching?

Not presently. Once Chris’s application for residence in Denmark is approved, he will be offering in-person coaching. But it is a long process.

Am I fit enough for online coaching?

There is no minimum fitness requirement, but it is a serious program for those dedicated to improving their health and fitness.

What is the time commitment?

It depends on your goals and level of dedication. As a general rule, you should be able to commit to at least three days of training per week.

What kind of equipment do I need?

Access to a gym is a huge plus for strength training. The outdoors are great for Natural Movement, but some weights, a 2x4 and an overhead bar are essential.
